We ask that you attempt to have your questions answered first via e-mail. As a Not-For-Profit organization, this helps us keep our expenses down tremendously.

E-mail support is available seven days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time.) Usually, you will get a response back in an hour or less (sometimes longer). To email HB support click

If your problem cannot be answered via e-mail, you can call us at: 866-441-7835, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Central Standard Time.) Your call will usually be answered personally. If we are not available, you will get a recorded message with an opportunity to leave a message (Please do - we will call back!). Someone will get back in touch with you as quickly as possible. We also have "extended" HB phone support hours from 4:30 pm until 10:00 pm (Central Standard Time) on Mondays and Thursdays.

It is a top priority for our staff to make sure you get the tech support you need!! Our goal is for HB to work correctly on your computer.
