With Netscape Navigator/Communicator

Click, Edit, Preferences, Advanced, Proxies.
Click Manual Proxy Configuration, then click View.
Enter the following values:

HTTP Proxy - proxy.hedge.org - Port 8080

Then click OK, OK again, and then exit Netscape
Reopen browser and try www.hedge.org/testpage
(Look for the Red Stop Sign HB Block Screen)
