E-mail support is available seven days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time.) Usually, you will get a response back in an hour or less (sometimes longer).

If your problem cannot be answered via e-mail, you can call us at: 615-952-4200, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Central Standard Time.) Your call will usually be answered personally. If we are not available, you will get a recorded message with an opportunity to leave a message (Please do - we will call back!). Someone will get back in touch with you as quickly as possible. We also have "extended" HB support hours from 4:30 pm until 10:00 pm (Central Standard Time) on Mondays and Thursdays.

It is a top priority for our staff to make sure you get the tech support you need!! Our goal is for HB to work correctly on your computer.

Uninstalling the High Speed Proxy Filtering

Our High Speed Proxy filtering is designed to be securely installed on your computer. It cannot be removed without contacting HB support by phone. It was designed this way so that an individual in the home cannot simply bypass the filtering by uninstalling it.

You will need to email HB support for uninstall information. Please include the name and password on your HB account and your phone number.
